We opened Ricetta’s Brick Oven Pizzeria in South Portland in June of 1989. The name Ricetta comes from the Italian word for recipe. Family recipes help us to cherish and pass on memories as well as share new experiences. Much like family recipes, Ricetta’s aim is to create a memorable, shareable and delicious experience for the whole family.
