Bad Nonna’s, an Oklahoma original focused on homemade pasta and local ingredients, has opened its second location inside Parlor.The restaurant’s original location is in Midwest City, Oklahoma.The menu is focused on homemade pasta, and though Bad Nonna’s serves spaghetti marinara and Supremo, an Italian sausage-based pasta dish, it’s not just Italian. They also serve a brodo ramen made with angel hair pasta, fried prosciutto strips and grilled chicken, among other ingredients; and “Geaux Queen,” a New Orleans-inspired rigatoni with andouille, chicken, shrimp and vegetables tossed in a Cajun pesto sauce.The restaurant makes all its dishes from scratch, and it is truly “farm to fork.”
