About this restaurant

Melanie was born and raised in France. Growing up, she loved baking with her grandmother. Crepes were also a huge part of her family as well. Her great Aunt who lived in the North West of France, was making ‘Galettes bretonnes’ when she visited. In 2012, she relocated to Mt Lebanon from her French village with her husband and three sons. Her husband Matt is American and a French high school teacher. They have always mixed their cultures at home and their sons are big fans of the French treats she makes. Crêpes are a ‘go to’ in their house and always a great treat for snacks or dinner! Now, she would like to share her culture in a friendly neighborhood café where people can come enjoy tasty treats or a good coffee. ‘When we moved here and stopped in a coffee shop, I thought that it would be a dream job… So here I am today living my dream!’
