Rated Four Diamond by AAA, Altius, the second restaurant concept from B DeFrancis and Chef Jessica Bauer, has quickly risen in ranks as one of the top restaurants in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. Their first restaurant, Bistro 19, a local favorite in Mt. Lebanon, opened in 2006 and continues to enjoy great success. As the Pittsburgh dining scene began to prosper, they felt it was the perfect opportunity to provide the city with a new restaurant that not only offered unparalleled views, but also a truly “elevated” dining experience.
