About this restaurant

The concept for Senti was born from Franco Braccia’s dream of bringing together authentic Italian food, traditional European service and modern wining and dining. Inspired by a collection of classic Italian recipes provided by Franco’s lifelong friend and Italian Chef, Enrico Scolari, Senti’s Executive Chef has masterly created an ensemble of dishes that retain the integrity of those original recipes while showcasing an understanding for the subtle flavors of Italy.
